Dan has been an active supporter of various charities over the last few years. In secondary school, he raised thousands of pounds for Cancer Research UK and Macmillan Cancer Support. When his racing career began in 2009, he supported causes such as the Henry Surtees Foundation and Wings for Life UK charity. 

 

On moving to Hong Kong, he is becoming more involved in supporting the Cambodian Children's Fund, having run in the 2013 Angkor Wat Half-Marathon and also donating a track day experience at his RIO Birthday Event for a raffle on May 29th 2014, which raised nearly 10,000HKD for the charity.
